1. Bookings via Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)
Bookings made through external platforms such as [Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.] are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective platform. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the platform where you booked for details on cancellations, modifications, and refunds.
2. Direct Bookings via Our Website
For direct bookings made through our website, the following terms apply:
Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival: 100% refundable.
Non-refundable bookings and no-shows: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
Refunds will be processed within 10 days through the original payment method.
